Your information is stored with established technology providers and protected using encryption in transit and at rest. Each user’s information is kept separate from other users’ information.
Voice conversations may be recorded and transcribed so SOL can understand the conversation and provide relevant strategy and feedback.
We may use de-identified and aggregated information to evaluate and improve SOL. We do not include your name, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers in external research or reporting.
SOL uses third-party technology providers to operate the service, including for messaging, voice, data storage, and model processing.
